  • The window for requesting a return or refund is within 14 days of receiving the product(s). You need to contact us via email within 14 days of receiving the product(s) to initiate a return or refund request.
  • To ensure the quality of the shipped products, our suppliers typically conduct product inspections before dispatching them. However, we cannot completely rule out the possibility of product defects or damage during transportation. Therefore, if you find the received product to be defective or if the packaging is significantly damaged upon receipt, rendering the product unusable, you may request a return and refund.
  • When submitting your request, please provide your purchase receipt, product photos, or videos as evidence. We will provide you with feedback within 48 hours on whether your request meets the return/refund conditions.
  • If it does, we will provide you with a return label with return address information on it. You must complete the return within 10 days after your return/refund request is approved. Once we received and checked your returned item(s), we will issue the refund. Refund timeline: typically 3-14 business days after we issued the refund.
  • Please note that in some cases, free return service may not always be available, so you may need to pay the return shipping fee. However, after we receive the item(s), we will refund the return shipping fee along with the product cost.
  • Please be aware that we are not responsible for any loss of package(s) during transit, and we do not accept refund requests due to incorrect address information leading to delivery failure or failure to collect the package(s) from a specified location as required by your local post office or couriers. Therefore, please check and monitor the logistics information regularly.
  • Lastly, we do not accept return requests based on reasons such as simply not liking the product or temporarily not needing it.
